The spec and even price that you can get from Google or from their company site (if any) is actually the Standard Spec, just for reference only.
Usually for any customer (Military) purchase, they will not stick to the Standard Spec one, instead they will customize the spec to suit their operation need.
Of course, how far the customization can go is based on how much/well the manufacturer willing to do it, and sometime political element will be part of the factor as well. (example: Russian manufacturer won't allow western technology into their product customization, and some Western manufacturer won't allow it oso)

The only NATO that is not 'NATO' is Turkey.... Who dare to face Russia? French involvement in Libya through Haftar also kena tapau by Turkey. Now they are butthurt but dare not to get involved.

Azerbaijin has the money and better tech, but the soldier are inefficient compared to armenia. In long term, armenia will still win no matter wat. Money & tech will only last u so long. While armenia with its smarter population may win.
