How about the credit, was it transferred or burned? Having similar issue (totally my fault for not keeping it active). If the credit is not recoverable along with the number, I'm considering paying 20.60 for a new number.

Did you have to pay rm10 for a new sim? How about the credit, was it transferred or burned? Having similar issue (totally my fault for not keeping it active). If the credit is not recoverable along with the number, might be easier for me to change number than to physically go all the way to the nearest tmpoint.
