as per topic.

not power lifting arch style, just regular BB with some arch.

edit:
the heavier you are, the greater the potential of your maximum bench.

i am looking for people who are light weight, and able to bench heavy as inspiration for my new max. not powerlifters of course

If you can bench x1.5 your BW then you consider very strong already.
More than x2.0 all consider elite level.

Yeah i know powerlifting 1" bench is a joke. I wont feel proud even if i can bench heavy with that ROM.

3 plates? Each side?
Are you referring to a 315 lbs bench?

i used to lift x1.5-ish of my BW, then i went for a cut and my strength dropped alot.

since i achieved my cut target. i got to set a new target, else i will be lazy and lifting without going anywhere.

hopefully 3 plates is not too farfetched for 75kg - 80kg BW

I've seen one guy did a 350lb inclined bench x 5, but he was huge though. kinda looks like eddie hall also. American guy

Also seen one guy less than 75kg benched 100kg x 10 like it was no problem. Malay dude, quite small. I was bloody shocked the whole day, he used to compete but he said his 1RM was 125kg.

Less than 75kg to bench 100kg x10 is quite strong. Many huge fat guys in the gym cant even bench that.

I guess not many are able to bench >1.5xbw

I personally can't and haven't seen anyone who can do so at my gym. I think most people just train for muscles, not strength.
