Alonso just need correct positioning and tactics to perform. Under conte, he's superb wingback. He's not good defensively, so if you make him defender, you're just asking for it

This match is good confidence booster, but I'm not liking how everybody in the team is so individualistic. Maybe lampard's managerial style pits each player against themselves, along with his favouritism towards mount, it's just recipe for disaster

Also to add, conte came in and created the most balanced team in one season without new signings, and half of those players are still with us.

Sarri came in and although we were poor in offense,we were one of the strongest defensively, with kepa in goal

Kante was our best player for few seasons suddenly looked like a shadow of his former self under lampard lol

Cant just always blame it on individual errors when your tactics are not watertight. Players can't consistently produce masterclass performances week in and out and we should always expect this
