aduhh... i just baru apply to upgrade my 30mbps to 100mbps plan. this 3 oct will install. so if wanna change to 500mbps and with rm1 65" tv deal need to request after installation?

Just went Sunway maxis centre. Upgraded my plan from 300 to 500mbps. Maxis rep said samsung will call me within 7 days to arrange delivery.

So I registered for maxis fiber 300mbps but they still haven't install the fiber yet currently still using the USB dongle can I upgrade to 500mbps and get the TV or can I just cancel the installation

But you'll have to wait for minimum 3 month since you're new to maxis till your credit goes up. As for installation, I'm not sure if you can cancel it after the appointment is made. They might charge you a penalty for it. I recommend that you double conform with maxis about this. |
