So I registered for maxis fiber 300mbps but they still haven't install the fiber yet currently still using the USB dongle can I upgrade to 500mbps and get the TV or can I just cancel the installation

was just at maxis center for 65 inch need 128 plan with 500mbps fiber and also need to make advance payment rm 1500 =.=
