Why buy Bumi Lot, it was risky when u want to sell, the title must be transfer from Bumi to Non-Bumi. but if u developer did not transfer in future u cant sell this property.

Released bumi lot is not a non bumi lot.

You will need to go through than land transfer from the authority if you plan to sell to a non bumi in the future.

According to the Ecoworld sales, she said that developer is awaiting for the consent to release.
Once gotten consent letter, i can officially buy (land title still remain as Bumi, but with consent from Land authority).. and then no problem transferring to other non-bumi in future without needing to go through process apply consent again

Unless a Bumi bought this unit, then next time if want to transfer then only need redo a new application for consent from Land authority..

(Btw, I am buying for own stay, no any mean of invest or resale. But just a concern in case any change of plan in future)

How Much you buy?

If got budget why die die want to buy this trouble Property zzz.

Just go hand around JB, got Aspira, Eco Spring, Sentosa Cove, a lot project property can buy, if u buy the property u also dont even know the future risky better dont buy, property

not 1 dollar 10 dollar is 800k to 1 million... not very cheap.... Malaysia Property Price would not keep going up 1, Population cant support so much property... buy for own stay can

slow slow pick, sure got new launch property let u choose if u have money not need worry not property to buy...

That why if buy landed must buy strata, the level of upkeep and maintenance are still top notch even hardly see people double park unlike the ordinary taman. No bad neighbor occupy the field space by building a wooden store unit.
