Once gotten consent letter, i can officially buy (land title still remain as Bumi, but with consent from Land authority).. and then no problem transferring to other non-bumi in future without needing to go through process apply consent again

Saw from a Reddit topic, no issue for bumi land in Johor to be transferred from one non-Bumi to another non-Bumi..
Unless a Bumi bought this unit, then next time if want to transfer then only need redo a new application for consent from Land authority..

(Btw, I am buying for own stay, no any mean of invest or resale. But just a concern in case any change of plan in future)
