Hi guys, i want to ask this project i see all bumi lot?
So are there non-bumi buyers here?

Any concerns? I just got my loan approved for The Commune and it’s a bumi lot (obviously i’m non-Bumi)..

Will there be challenge if decided to sell, down the road 10 or 20 yrs later?

Is it a released bumi lot?

Released bumi lot is not a non bumi lot.

You will need to go through than land transfer from the authority if you plan to sell to a non bumi in the future.

Why buy Bumi Lot, it was risky when u want to sell, the title must be transfer from Bumi to Non-Bumi. but if u developer did not transfer in future u cant sell this property.

According to the Ecoworld sales, she said that developer is awaiting for the consent to release.
Once gotten consent letter, i can officially buy (land title still remain as Bumi, but with consent from Land authority).. and then no problem transferring to other non-bumi in future without needing to go through process apply consent again


Can really a bumi title change to non-bumi?
Or it is just a consent / approval given by Land authority ya?

Saw from a Reddit topic, no issue for bumi land in Johor to be transferred from one non-Bumi to another non-Bumi..
Unless a Bumi bought this unit, then next time if want to transfer then only need redo a new application for consent from Land authority..

eco botanic seem too unaffordable at the moment

That why if buy landed must buy strata, the level of upkeep and maintenance are still top notch even hardly see people double park unlike the ordinary taman. No bad neighbor occupy the field space by building a wooden store unit.

Now can direct drive from eco botanic commercial area direct to legoland
