That is true. I haven’t got to play the game for almost 2 weeks now. This Friday will start to play again. Woo hoo!

DB is my so called secondary weapon in MHR. Use it when I'm fighting long monsters like narwa. Haven't try it yet cox I'm still having fun with my main i.e. charge blade.
Mind to share your DB build so I can jump into it quickly? 😂

I don't have any specific build. Just got into MR3.

Mine has always been SnS, HH, IG and this time in Rise I tried bow for the first time. Kinda wanna go back to Melee.

It is quite fun melee-ing in Sunbreak.
I used bow, LBG and HBG mostly in rise, but melee is fun in Sunbreak. Tonight want to try out IG.
GS is fun and new. HH is not bad. GL is fun with explosion.

Have always loved HH back in world. Cause I only play multiplayer and having a HH in a party usually really makes the fights faster.

But in this MHrise I’m lazy with slow hitting weapon.

Try charge blade, it's kinda OP now coz they "un-nerf" it in Sunbreak 🤣
It's hitbox was terrible in MHR but I didn't know until I tried out the CB in MHW (used to main Hammer in MHW, secondary weapons being HH & LS)

I used to play charged blade but got tired of always needing to charge those damn phials. And you are locked into certain combos only because otherwise your damage output is bad.

Nah, with the switch skills and skill swap, you literally have tonnes of different sets of playstyle that you can choose from to customize your own playstyle. I said "set" because with slight changes in the switch skills you put in your Red Scrolls and Blue Scrolls, it changed your playstyle completely. That being said, your armor skills also have to change to min max your output. It's very versatile so I don't get why you're "locked into combos".
On the sidenote, with load shell skills and Counter Peak Performance, loading phials is never an issue since the MHR base game.

Last time i used to use mhrise builder but it's outdated. Doesn't look like it's going to be updated anymore.

Recently i tried to play longsword. Fun but I still find that I could ditch out more DPS using bow than any weapons.

Wasn't expecting it to be available on other consoles but I'll finally get to play this next month on my PS4.

I've invested hundreds of hours on switch so I'm a bit reluctant to start over in ps5. But if they included it in one of the monthly free games or ps plus extra, then it's different story 😝

But there's no cross-play or save between different platforms, though. Unless you meant that you don't mind playing it again since it's free.
