as long as the TV is non standard video transmisson rez, like 1366x768 surely have to rescale and may have to perform deinterlace liao... but the builtin chips usually very weak, I don't think they put in a silicon optix Reon chip inside a 32inch LCD TV unlike many top end projectors.. biggrin.gif

actually most high end amps have a nice look to it, I'm sure those 6-10k pioneers and even onkyos have a nice look to it.. (compared to it's 1-2k siblings)
