My previous company did this too .. Since the last 1.5 years time, they pay my cheque after 10th of every month. It is not right, they should pay before 7th.. And worst thing, they like to pay on Thursday/Friday so that my cheque will float 2 days before it goes through. (They using Public Bank and i am using Maybank).

In May 07, they pay my salary but trying to delay my claims for 3 months, i emailed to ask for it and they ask me to leave the company.

And, i left to a better company. Of course i get paid for all my salary & claims from my previous company before i leave.

Just make sure you got the documents to support as evidence la.

Smaller and less stable companies would normally do this. MNC normally won't have such problems.

These type of company, tell them to fly kite la. It's their fault for not paying on time and yet dare to tell the employee to leave for asking why. Did they ask you to leave verbally or via email? If email.... brows.gif
