My company has a trend to pay us late, sometimes on the 15th and sometimes even hutang till 1 month especially for higher salary people like the managers. Anyone encounter this before? My mom wasnt happy because she needs the money to pay for my car installments.

It is only normal for a financially troubled company. For your own benefit it is better for you to seek a more financially stable company.
Avoid non established consultant, construction or project based companies at the moment.

If salary payment delay happen once in a blue moon, then thats ok. and its not ok if salary payment is delayed frequently.

Definitely not normal to have late salary. Does the company has HR? Check with them what went wrong.

When a company start to frequently paying the salary late without giving any reason, it means that the company cannot pay you anymore and indirectly telling you to quit an get another job. If you quit, they usually don't pay the salary they owed and they can get rid of you wihout paying any compensation.

It's time for you to speak with Top Management to check why the frequent delays. If it's a one off thing perhaps it's because there was a tie-up with cash flow but if it happens all the time, there's definitely an issue. You should weigh the consequences of bailing out before something drastic happens, or do you think there's a possibility of things improving in the near future? If so, you may just want to persevere - loyalty does pay

While late salary might occur once in a blue moon, being late by 1-2 months is going waay overboard.
How long have you been working there? If it happens EVERY month, I suggest that you better start looking for another job.
