Once they are done, you can call abang pulis to come and take finger print make report for filling and thats it.

i live in GnG, Eco Majestic by Ecoworld.

visitor must register, we have visitor logbook in apps, anytime visitor come either we send them QR Code or they intercom us then only allow in. Since intercom is done by apps + home fiber optics, I could receive intercom calls even when I was in iceland outback lol.

if want to check back, can get scanned copy and photo of visitor IC, face, car dating back to when i first move in in 2017.

perimeter fencing all got cctv, motion sensor, 24 hours polis bantuan patrolling

RM200/month for 24 x 75 intermediate house inclusive of landscaping, pest control.

I think it's worth it, but I still intend to install CCTV to deter.

you can't depend entirely on the term 'GnG'.. you must look out for whether it is individual title or strata.



but then again, strata carries their own issues such as not being allowed to renovate or change the facade of your house..

You are limited to just whatever the developer built and put out.

Also, the fees are significantly higher.


IMO, the best is gated community, that has perimeter fencing around the estate, and a built in security entrance.. BUT still maintain individual title.

Sure, you technically can't prevent entrance, as the road is still public, but not many would be robbers know of this fact.. they will all assume the development is GnG and won't bother you.

So security let in 3 cars, still no understand
