I saw one video say it will even aggressively change to 1 fps for still screen to preserve battery. thats explain the better battery life for 120hz default refresh rate. but at the downside user might suffer minor lag in animation because they need time to change back from 1fps to 120 fps when user interact with it.
Are you sure about this? It's impossible. The only variable refresh rate on the market is Note 20 Ultra.

not sure about the 1fps things as this is comment by youtube video review but the fps will definitely varies task by task, they mentioned it in the keynote.
Once I had a taobao purchase also next day delivery.
Day one reached China warehouse and shipped outbound, day2 morning manage to clear our custom and courier picked up and deliver in the afternoon.
That’s the utmost rare incident in my over hundreds of taobao purchases, LOL...
now day u can't get instant clearance anymore like old time. thanks to local custom and logistic company, that why and how local company cannot grow. another issue with local is security, in china everything track and trace via tracking n video but our local with out CCTV. wish SF can expend than beat the hell out of local company.

Only Note 20 Ultra can drop its refresh rate until 1Hz. For POCO X3 NFC, if u don't interact with the display, it will remain at 50Hz if not mistaken. When u touch the screen, it will bounce back to 120Hz to provide the smooth scrolling experience. However, you might experience a little bit of stutter lag when the display is trying to switch from 50Hz to 120Hz, not sure whether it can be fixed through software update or not.

Nope. Poco x3 does drop to 1hz when the screen is static. To see it to believe. Check the video below. Around 4:27 timestamp.
Of course, the stutter lag does exist. Afterall it's a budget phone. But hey, it can do the same thing similar to the RM5000 note 20 ultra. Can't complain much.

Ohh, 1Hz. Even better haha, but for OLED display so far only Note 20 Ultra and Fold 2 can achieve that.

Agreed. For 799, most of the phone's shortcomings can be forgiven, hahaha...
BTW, added the YouTube video to the front page. It's pretty informative. Thanks!
that all ... but not on tech part, that will be problem in short coming future...
Not on tech part? They are one of those smartphone manufacturers that is innovative. Look at their Z Flip and Z Fold, no other smartphone company can achieve this yet.
