Xiaomi always release half baked software and don't bother to fix bugs. Mine X3 NFC updated to android 11........so far so good. Not facing any serious issue like yours.......smooth, battery life is good, whatsapp notification working, gaming also good.

Huge optimization needs to be done by the developers and app makers. Even simple scrolling in Chrome or scrolling in YouTube with a video playing minimized is so choppy. So far so good on my X3 NFC after the update. Maybe the internet connection slow.
