i was late ONE day for paying AFFIN DUO CC.

statement = RM3112
i was being charge RM46.10 finance charge
Called AFFIN CS
They claimed waived late charges.
but cannot waive finance charge

even though this is my 1st time .

finally after long TALK
CS agreed to file a ticket . subject to approval .....
from this ---i get the message AFFIN wont waive penalty easily.

The app is so unstable, long way to go

go branch settle, last time i also face same issue and go branch to settle it

Or try calling them. When i was hit with that problem, they told me it's their problem. Just wait it out or try off peak hours because they are not going to tell us the actual problem..

Don't worry. Now with public card islamic platinum nerf, cause use affin duo as replacement.

I usually reload to e-wallet and pay using PAM

Just need to spend 12x to get AF waiver automatically.
