Think they are overwhelmed with applications now. When I went to the branch I noticed most of their processes are still manual, hence quite slow.

Good point. PB QV has a RM30 min spending amount for that transaction to be qualified for cash back.

I don't fully utilize the cash back every month anyway. RM50 cap would amount to RM1667 spending every month?

Nope. But the amt won't be reflected immediately. Usually take 1-2 business days.
