only BT AFTER the statement is out, for eg 14th statement date, BT on 15th shud b fine

i think he mean LZD discontinued selling TNG Reload pin

so far i did not encounter any problem, using wave all the while.
probably no need reset with pin anymore

impossible for affin.

unless you tell them want to cancel card, which is very high risk if you indent to continue using the card.

as they hav no retention team, so the cc will b cancelled right away

3% cash back for contactless transactions
(transactions of RM250 and below)

i hav both PBB QV and Affin Duo+.
i feel that Duo+ is better as you no need to think of the amount, just use and get 3%.

for >Rm100, i will use PBB QV to give some quota for Duo+. (CB Cap RM50/month)

PBB QV used to be good when min spend RM30 and 5% CB.
but no longer with min spend RM100 and 2% CB.

since Affin Duo CB 3% include e-wallet/online & auto-billing .

so its safe to assume TNG auto reload shall entitled for CB right?

my experience, my cancelled card still kena SST 3 months after cancellation.

when i call CS and whack,
their reason is busy a lot of things, so still not processed the cancellation yet.

don't trust their CS.
they did assure me no SST RM25 too since i had requested to cancel the card.
later i found out RM25 SST charged to my upcoming statement of the cancelled card.


after call them again to scold, only they waive the RM25 SST realizing is their mistake.
we need to follow up closely.

the reason given by their CS is even more hilarious.
they say due to high workload, they not yet process the cancellation of card yet..

try latest version of firefox.
i'm not sure but sometimes they keep telling me my chrome is outdated version and can't login but when i check i'm already using the latest version of chrome with no update available.

so i just use latest version firefox and no issue.
