Ppl were very concern since the tnc effective 12th. There are instances from other banks that banks said the monthly cap will follow new tnc as long as your statement is after the effective date.

This put the concern to bed.

i got my rm75 cashback too. which is a pleasant surprise. statement date 14/3. However. rm5 is missing. If i want to point out the transaction, it will be myTNB app, which is weird.

my balance transfer gonna conclude 2 months later, still no new 0% BT offer

gonna be on rm30 month cap instead of rm50 cap soon

just fyi, i BT-ed to affin duo last month in advanced so, my statement balance become less than 3k despite transactions more than 3k. this month statement saw my cashback is capped at rm30

checked tnc and yes, its statement balance, not transaction total
