i apply after the first mco i think.
the procedure is to fill up form / express interest online, they will assign someone to call you and meet up with you. for mine, they come to my condo and required biometrics.
edit: now that i remember, the same thing happen when i apply for affin bhp pre-covid. they come and meet me at my condo at night, after work.

your spending this month dictates your cashback amount this month.
