I just applied for EIPlan (easy instalment) of 12 months at 0%.
I honestly think Affin card is the best value card lately with its offers of cash-on-all, balance transfer and instalment payment plan all at 0% for new card holders, and up to 12 months after card approval.

I applied for 0% 12 months balance transfer with Affin. In the verification call yesterday the CS asked if I'm also interested in cash on call at 0% 6 months. I told her I have already applied COC for the full amount in December last year. She said it's now a new promotion and I'm eligible.
So I happily took up the offer

Said yes open BUT sign says closed. wow.. psych-ing out customers? good job

4c. Registered and went back to test. Huh? Failed!
Called branch - person that picked up either just awoke or on happy dust, i had to keep repeating why i called until it registered. Then she said she'll check and call back. Kudos - she did and i was informed "oh tadi banyak orang thus your account not activated yet. Baru activated". er.. that was like a total of 4 people, i was the 3rd from 10:05am till 10:30am OR she was talking about HQ? dunno, dont care, couldnt be bothered

Fun.. at least Affin's CS was more responsive than that other self-declared GloCal bank which never picks up even after 2hrs+ calls & even to LOST CARDs XD - that is entirely at a different level la. Affin's not that GloCal, thank gawd.

Yes I noticed this. But retail spend does get deducted from the credit limit instantly.
For other banks, payment doesn't show immediately but the credit limit gets updated straight away

When I picked up the cards, I applied for internet banking using the Rewards card as that was the first envelope I opened. I then activated it and used it to register my phone number for TAC at the ATM.
When I got home I proceeded with first time log-in, challenge questions etc and had no issue.
The next day I activated the Rebate card after realising that it was the Rewards card that has been activated.
So I don't think your problem is due to that you have only activated one card.
Call the call centre to ask what may cause your problem.

Ya I find the retail transactions for Affin takes at least 2 days to be posted. I have missed some rebate because of late posting.
Knowing this now I usually do my online spending at least 3 days before the cut-off date.

Maximum BigPay top up by credit card is RM1,000 a month. This warning sign appears when you are exceeding the limit.

They are all oustanding balances. Affin calls previous month's outstanding as Previous Balance, and this month's as New Balance or Current Balance

Re: RM25.00 SST, I was charged for both the Visa and Master with reversal of the waiver for Master on 15/12 the new billing cycle.
I think the situation is, for billing cycle starting in December 2021, there will be no more SST waiver.
