So I stay in a condo and since the beginning of the year , there's this new guy that moved in above me and they are so noisy I can hear them everyday . All kinds of noise like furniture dragging , doors opening and closing , door slamming , footsteps noise , even got children screaming.

Have complained to management multiple times but doesn't help, they only give warning . Called guard don't know how many times already . I have talked to them but they are offensive and deny everything.

Any idea how to deal with these people?

That thing can actually cause structural damage. If not illegal it will be if someone uses it here.

What else can I do? I even played with them during MCO . Each time there is noise I will use a stick and hit the ceiling back where then noise came from . This seems to be the most effective method but right now I have marks on my ceiling so not doing it anymore 🤣

If that is then then really inconsiderate neighbour. You need like vibroseis tool to induce earthquake like feeling at their floor.

Different people have different sensitivity to noise. Families with young children will certainly generate noise as part of their normal activities. When a noise sensitive resident meets a family with young children staying above the trouble starts.

Both sides should try to understand each other and compromise. Asking families with young children to be as noiseless as childless couples is impractical but parents can mitigate the worse like running, jumping and slamming doors. In the end it is no point to keep complaining if your neighbour can't meet your standard of noise. They could get offended and make it worse for you as Building Maintenance have very limited powers. If you can't put up with it your solution is to move out.

I have seriously considered buying something like that to 'return the favor' to them but can't find in Lazada so far

This is all the fault of developers who build low quality shit condos these days.

I think the door slamming problem can be resolved very easily. Firstly developer just simply fix the door closer of main door and ensure good QC before deliver to customers. Secondly all door frames must have proper sound absorbing qualities like put a rubber stopper there.
