Haha another satisfied Digi postpaid user reporting in  laugh.gif

2 thumbs up for Digi  thumbup.gif

FYI i have used every single mobile telco in msia except for the new Umobile. For me Digi is best in terms of customer service and savings on phone bill. But well coverage a bit limited but a lot more better than 10 years ago when I first used their prepaid service  laugh.gif
*
I have used all telcos before included U-Mobile and still DiGi is the best. Coverage is strong in my area, luckily I don't come from really rural area. sweat.gif

Torture is a better word to replace reward in this context.

How do we call this? Ringing duration? hmm.gif

Maybe I should just use online chat with the customer service. biggrin.gif

OK, the OCS said I need to deactivate my voicemail which I have requested him/her to disable for me. smile.gif
If it is deactivated, it can ring for 30 seconds. hmm.gif

Somehow current one is too short for me, sometimes my phone is in the room while I'm outside, by the time I notice it is already a missed call. sad.gif

yeah so the longer the ring if someone wanna annoy u the more fun it gets.
I will stay with my voice mail tongue.gif
*
Well, nobody is so free to annoy me. Unless I go and irritate and annoy people first which I don't do this. We are all matured people. rolleyes.gif

Last time on Hotlink, I also deactivate my voicemail, it is a redundant service for me because nobody left me any voicemail. sweat.gif

Voice mail is good when the person cant get u. I get voice mail from client when some places digi doesnt have coverage or weak.
Not everyone are mature some ppl can really get u irritated.
*
At least your clients will leave you voicemail... My case is once it is forwarded to voicemail, then the caller will straight end the call. doh.gif Gosh, what a redundant service for me. dry.gif Luckily we are not paying for monthly subscription for this voicemail thingy. laugh.gif

If not mistaken, I knew someone who asked DiGi to turn on missed call notification and have long delay.

I thought missed call notification comes in default?
I think mine has this...

if only active MCA it ring up to 30 second...

Alright, understood.
Somehow Missed Call Alert is useful, I don't think I'll disable it. smile.gif
30 seconds will be sufficient for me.

Is it that Supplementary number will have their own OCS?
Or combined with the Main Line?

Can choose to have separate OCS. smile.gif

oh...interesting. rclxms.gif

How to choose? Need to go back to Digi store? or wait until the line become active and do as per normal OCS registration? biggrin.gif
*
OK, chatted with online customer officer via D'Chat to have further confirmation.
He said any supplementary lines can register for separate OCS. Do it 2 days after the line is activated. Register OCS just like normal.

However, there are two choices for supplementary line for OCS:

If during the supplementary line registration, you choose for account separation between your main line and supplementary line. That means this will treat the number as a separate account from main line, giving it separate bill, credit limit, bonus points while maintaining benefits between main line and supplementary line. Your supplementary line can have full view on his/her OCS just like the main line's view.

If during the supplementary line registration, you do not choose for account separation, then your supplementary line will have limited view on OCS. Limited access like supplementary lines cannot make any changes to the account using OCS because that can only be done by main line only.

want to ask if digi postpaid sms rate is rm 0.10 to all network? i thuoght digi to digi sms is cheaper?
*
That applies to DG50, one flat rate for SMS. However, if you add in that DiGi no. into your FnF list, you can get 1cent of SMS and 10 cent/minute of call. smile.gif You can add up to 6 FnF for your postpaid.

so there is FnF service in postpaid eh? no extra charge for it right? if like that really nice.. haha.
*
Yes, I'm using it on my DG50. smile.gif Free of charge. wink.gif
But FnF for DiGi postpaid can only add in DiGi no., not like prepaid which can add in other telcos no., and only 6 DiGi no. are allowed for postpaid. smile.gif
To me is sufficient. RM 0.01/SMS and RM 0.10/minute is cheap. biggrin.gif

IC for the person who wants to switch and also the principle lines's holder right? 1 more thing, according to Digi website number 22. Digi Website, minimum credit balance for prepaid user to switch to postpaid is RM50. is it only applicable to Digi prepaid or other telco's prepaid as well?
*
If you are an existing DiGi prepaid user and wants to switch over to DiGi postpaid, your credit must have at least RM 50 balance. It will deduct in your next bill. smile.gif

If you plan to do porting, from other telco to DiGi postpaid, it is free of charge. One of the benefits given by DiGi to porting users. smile.gif

No, as far as I am concerned. Supplementary line doesn't need to pay anything...
Wait I reconfirm with you later. Chat with customer service officer via D'Chat first and update here in minutes.

Added on October 22, 2008, 11:15 pmOK, update. The customer service officer said supplementary line also need to pay RM 50 but will deduct the prepaid balance at next bill. smile.gif

No problem. D' Chat is another useful tool of DiGi, can straight chat with the officers without making calls. I hate going through the process of pressing 1 for this, 2 for that. sweat.gif

Yes, really free and unlimited. No hidden charge.
Free calls/SMS-es/MMS-es among supplementary lines and main to supplementary lines (vice-versa). smile.gif
