So shouldn't someone take the responsibility (blame) for handing out 3G license to a company that can't deliver? Else this feels a bit like auto industry's AP liao.
I mean, if I get the 3G license, I can't do anything with it. So I 'sell' it to an interested party. Isn't that almost like free money? |
