Hi everyone..

Any member here bought the City RS i-MMD here? Could you please share some impressions/review? So far the media has been super quiet after the release with one or two owner reviews on wapcar.

Thinking of skipping my x50 flagship (~7 months) and going for hybrid to prepare for electric car future smile.gif

Would be interested to know about your driving experience, fuel consumption (is it true 1000km per tank?), any QC issues etc.

Thanks!

Just got mine 2 weeks ago..

here's what i've experience so far, for starters, its a very quiet car, cabin wise. very relax and calming especially when ur driving purely on the motor.

Fuel consumption is quite good, i havent gotten to 1000km yet but i'm in the rs hybrid facebook group, ppl have been sharing their FC , ranging from 800-1000km .

Power wise, its there when u need it, climbing hills feels effortless . During traffic light, once u step on the pedal the car can go instantly , 0-80kmh feels like a breeze..

There are people in the facebook group thats done 0-100 test, and its slightly faster than what honda claims. Honda claims around 9.9 seconds, the guy did it close to 9 seconds..

Interior built quality feels good but not premium like x50. I came from a conti car, felt like a downgrade but i think its better than previous city.

Good handling, not the best but quite confident taking corners with this car. Comfy ride too.

Honda sensing is a love and hate relationship, LKAS and ACC is nice on highway, reduce hand fatigue, the car literally can drive itself, just need to hold the steering every 30 seconds i think.
Lane Departure system is annoying sometimes but it helps to make u be a better driver, need to signal everytime to go other lane..

I was in the same shoe, booked x50 already and loaned approved.. but had to wait 6-9 months.. so decided to try city rs since its the same price range.

after comparing the two, what really swayed me to city rs is the FC and audio system, x50 audio sucks like hell and the infotainment unit really not flexible at all. Honda city with Apple carplay support is a win already for me, the audio SQ not the best but its way above than x50

Very helpful, bro. Thanks for the share smile.gif Yeah, I really wished they offer full Honda Sensing like Honda Civic, then kaotim already. During test drive, I kept having to take over when driving in traffic jam when traffic ~30km/h compared to X50 with Stop & Go function.

Keep the updates coming and hope you enjoy the car!

true, wish it had the low speed follow in the honda sensing,

but i guess honda had to cut some features out if not price might be higher.

so far its been an enjoyable drive.

Just asked the dealer, they said this function only for the Thai spec. Missing opportunity thou as in they can just enable the setting since got remote start.
