Tried using another charger? Tried removing all the cards (SIM + micro SD) and then start the device?Is there backlight on the screen when you try to turn on? Did you do any update before this happened?
To be frank, the warranty claim is quite tedious. I just assume that there is no warranty when I buy something which comes directly from China. You can still try.
