Just wanna start a conversation about this, as i grew up playing computers most of the time and not using my muscles, I grew up with the anterior pelvic tilt and well as expected walked kinda awkwardly which made me lose a lot of self confidence. I started working out for a year+ and manage to sort-ta fix it

through the journey, leg day has been a mess, initially i couldn't squat for shit. I've since stop going to the gym (mostly because i don't have time or refuse to make time) and since MCO started to realize that this problem has became very prominent and I've started to lose confidence again

Anyone else experiencing APT?

Just to share, I fix my lower back pain which been bugging me for close to 10 year and culminated to having operation for a serious slip disc problem. Even after operation, my lower back have sore and pain from time to time, until I started intensive training for my weak glutes. During MCO, I targeted my abs and glutes - have daily exercise - now I can say manage the problem better. I can feel my glutes working and soreness have lessen tremendously - I do include high speed/intensity massage machine to target my back - must be high speed not normal massage machine and it works like magic. Now I reduced my exercised days to 4 times per week and include at least 1 day just for hip and glutes exercise
