Anyone kena softban by TnG eWallet before?

I can’t reload my tng eWallet with credit card since 1 week ago.. I’ve no issue to spend and transfer out or receive money..

When I call CS, said can’t c any issue.. but when I enquire further, he said maybe is breach of TnC, but he dunno which tnc I breached n said will escalate n no timeline for them to reply me if it is breach of tnc..

But, I don recall I did anything that breach tnc as I only use 1 tng ewallet acc n I only used my own credit cards to top up n didn’t use my credit card for other tng eWallet..

Funny thing is the CS said as per BNM rule, 1 credit card can only use in 1 eWallet, u can’t use at boost / grabpay for the same credit card.. I said I try to use new card (nvr use in other eWallet) also same error..

First time get more than 30cents, achievement unlocked...

I’m suddenly logged out from TnG eWallet and not able to login, I entered my phone no. and put in login PIN. Before it logged me out, it said something like someone trying to login into my app and asked me to change PIN. What happened?

He meant what he meant. He meant he got the cashback yesterday and did the auto reload probably few days ago. U won't get it right away. There is no chance we know the quota now, so do at your own discretion.

If i have both 7E-rm60-get-rm8 and 7E-rm45-get-rm5 vouchers and when i pay rm60 it should use the rm8 one right, even though the rm5 one  also satisfies the criteria.

Thanks did exactly like your suggestion n claimed n used the rm60/rm8 vouchers first, then rm45/rm5. Wonder if one has all vouchers which one will be auto used first.

Banks just need to stop giving cashback or points to TNG topup so that TNG won't be the next BigPay. Maybank already did that for ewallet topup, no?

Just wondering does cash-in/out Go+ affects TNG ewallet limit?---Not sure but technically should affect.

Btw i dont remember what is TNG ewallet monthly or yearly limit..can someone point me to the info please?--- Its in the FAQ on the app.

I just signup to Go+ today and transfer my Tng balance to it.

The Tng balance still showing the same balance before I transfer the amount to Go+ and Go+ is having the amount that I transfer to.

Is this normal?
