TNG Quick Payment is consider as online spending as well for those credit card that gives online cashback? Anyone tried?

I keep on getting RM0.10 since last campaign.
I think I will put TNG as the lowest priority in usage from now on. |

I think they don't dare to reply me confidently saying that is because I have no dupes at all and I don't even participate in any TnG promotion (like the previous buy pin from Watson/Caring, or ALL other promotion previously).
