Anyone from sarawak, kuching, is able to pay bill using touch and go ewallet in 7eleven? If there is, can name the branch/location of it?

Just pass by and make a try but cashier said 'no line' to proceed.

Have touch and go ewallet logo displayed on the shop front and having actually allowed customer to use it are 2 different cases.

Luckily is not a 'he' but 'she' so let it go. I shall try other branch if pass by any of them in near future (5 days to go).

Touch and go ewallet has been removed from shopback?

Since morning of 1st Jan 2020.

Not yet. Mine is also pending status with red background label 'Enquire' and not sure any thing to to with recent updates.. Hope Shopback do not rejected it.

On separate case, i suspect and not sure if anyone noticed after many updates on Shopback app few months ago cause few cashback previously got rejected too. I read the review in playstore, quite numbers of users have responsed having this issue on Shopback rejected new cashback (may be this December or January) which was normally confirmed.

Edit: Just found out, the red background label 'Enquire', click on it will show message with red button 'Report it'. Click 'Report it' the label 'Enquire' changed to 'Enquired'. What's next? Wait for their response?

Shopback have extend to 1 more month.

In-app bills, after paid takes 3 days pending acceptance. The RM5 cashback (E-tunai) will only be credited into wallet after bill become accepted?

Face this problem too.

Pay through lazada on different days is not consider as spilt bill?

I will have to pay through lazada 3x too if in-app bill payment does not work.

If you already have it under the 'My Rewards' section, and make payment of RM20 then yes entitle for cashback.

If its already shown in app then should be as the promotion of the exclusive cashback is only for first 1 million users.

Limited to the first ONE million (1,000,000) Eligible Users. So its first one million user who claimed e-Tunai from Touch and go ewallet.

Tried and confirmed able to make bill payment using touch and go ewallet at two 7-eleven place at kuching town area. Should be no problem paying at all 7-eleven at town area. Scan bill barcode and said payment amount. The cashier said quite a number of users have use touch and go ewallet to make bill payment there too.

Claim now, no.

Got it wrong.

Actually, the counting of first 1 million users is at ministry of finance approving the claim request. Not the other way, the count of user tap on the claim submission at touch and go app.

1)User start submit claim request by tap on the RM30 e-Tunai claim screen. (Not the first 1 million users tap on claim submission here)
2)Claim request reach ministry of finance for approval take up to 5 day.
3)Ministry of finance approve claim request + rejected user of salary above RM100k. (Counting of first 1 million users is here)
4)Touch and go return result to user through app notification.

I am referring to the so called touch and go extra RM30 or exclusive bonus of first 1 million touch and go users that got approved + rejected user of salary RM100k and above and not the RM30 e-tunai from government.
