Guys. Noob here. How can i reload my touch n go card that i already link to touch n go apps? If i reload it goes into ewallet not into the card?

Reload anywhere as before, like kiosk or petrol station, the amount will go into the card.

I mean if i reload ewallet using online banking, does the value goes into the card as well?

No. Only eWallet.
You can't topup your TNG card using Touch n Go eWallet.
Basically by adding TnG card to the app, you can monitor the balance, and use it for PayDirect for tolls only.

Internet connection is required. That is why certain malls with bad reception, I have difficulty in using e-wallet. In the end got to use credit card instead.

Don't think that's accurate. My most used, verified wallet all got RM0.10 (KK, Tealive, RM10-30). The last Hari Raya cashback also I got RM0.10 for all 3 cashbacks, even for a RM300 purchase from Thundermatch. My wife's verified wallet got RM1.90 for RM80 purchase at Watsons yesterday.

We both registered within a month of each other and usage is about the same, retail and RFID. The only major difference I can think of is that she always reloads via CC and I only reload with PIN.

I don't think so lah. I think my wallet either plain bad luck (RM0.10 for last 6 cashbacks) or kena blacklisted by TnG. I looked at my kids' cashbacks, they were RM1.90 and RM1.80 for Tealive purchases of RM5.45 each. They don't reload at all, I just transfer from my ewallet to theirs.
