My wife and I use the same account, on 2 phones, thus far no issues.

lesson learned, not to use multiple accounts on same device. so they could not recover ur account since u breached the T&C?

after a few disappointing encounters with boost, tng ewalet cb never let me down
i received my 2nd Rm5 cb today for shell petrol purchase yesterday

I also got fed-up with chasing CB from Boost. Just 2 or 3 times. Not to many but still. TnG pulak gave me 10sen for RM350 purchase. Grrrrr...

Update on my case, successfully paid Maxis bill using 2nd ewallet, seems like TnG really limit 1 bill account per 1 ewallet per day.

Hi, just only paid my ASTRO bill RM 50 and instantly received cashback of RM 2.00.  I am confuse now whether this RM 2.00 cashback belong to:

Just a random question. What are the things that you don't like about Touch n Go eWallet, till you find that other eWallet are better, perhaps when it comes to rewards, such as Boost.

Or you find that Touch n Go eWallet is better than Boost? What's your opinion?

Yes, the app doesn't update TnG card balance in real time. So wait for a few days.

I don't think so lah. I think my wallet either plain bad luck (RM0.10 for last 6 cashbacks) or kena blacklisted by TnG. I looked at my kids' cashbacks, they were RM1.90 and RM1.80 for Tealive purchases of RM5.45 each. They don't reload at all, I just transfer from my ewallet to theirs.

Deducted from e-TnG regardless of TnG card balance.

Plus+Elite don't accept PayDirect.
Only open-toll systems eg Kesas, LDP, Sprint.

If you already verify your tng ewallet account, you can see other people full name as per IC ( based on contact no. save at your phone). If other people not yet verify, you can still see their full name, since many people fill in full name during initial ewallet sign up.

Unlike Boost, which you can edit your name to appear when others save your phone no. at their phone.

I should be able to pay only RM 45 for RM 50 Digi.

It was much easier than I thought.
Following the advise of the past few posts; I successfully paid RM50 (partial payment) digi bill and only RM45 is deducted from my TNG wallet.
