1% is to reload, not cash out, correct?

wonder is there any ewallet that has similar function as tng 'quick payment'?

the primary reason i opt for tng is because of this because i don't need to top-up everytime i want to make purchases..

so far, almost all other ewallets will require top-up first

I can't seems to topup tng using cc for the 1st 1k for 2 accounts. Got the suspicious alert. Tng playing dirty B4 23feb?

could be difficult to implement for quick payment, because it doesn't 'show' that u r charged extra 1% more than the retail purchase ie illegal imo

i just checked. it is written in their help centre that says it includes reloading using cc via manual reload, auto reload or quick payment.

Did they debit the 1% from your e-Wallet or Credit Card? What the hell, they debited 1 day after the payment...

by right yes, but their tnc already made it their right to deduct any fees from whichever method available.

in short, as usual with banks, you can't run away forever....

.... (unless they didn't take action to recover the loss aka their mistakes or they "pardon" you with 100% or 50% discount)

The only TnG attract me was Quick Payment where I no need pre-reloads. Any e-wallet can do the same others than TnG? I think no right?

my view is no need back to CC or cash.
if the merchant is using old blue tng QR, then we feedback to them ask them change to pink Duitnow QR, for everyone benefits.

since bnm decided that its alright to charge 1% so called convenience fee for cc reload.
tng can charge 1%, we can stop using it and use other ewallet eg Grab Boost Setel ShopeePay that did not charge any charges for cc reload.
except for RFID toll payment or overseas cross border QR payment (as most other e-wallets not subscribed to cross border QR).

I used quick payment, but my ewallet balance only got RM0.01.

They supposed to deduct RM2 for conv. fee, it has been 2 days lol.

Scared later they sent legal later to claim the pending RM2 deduction 🤣.

Bigpay also pakai duitnow ma.. now both tng and bigpay charge 1% and let u cash out, same level liao 😂

never tried it but does this work? reload into shopeepay or whatever ewallet and then sending back the money to bank account with DuitNow. purpose is to meet credit card's spending requirement.

why not straight reload a lump sum into tng?
there is no 1% convenient fee for debit card

you can claim is charging error, but no public statement or apology.

Not bad, already received a folllow up email asking for:
1-Registered IC
2-eWallet balance
3- Reason termination
4-Card expiry date (can find from visa icon)
