Closest term to describe "reload using credit card and withdraw" is arbitrage. Money laundering is not an issue here because the source and destination accounts are all tracked and trace-able hence nothing being laundered.

Is it possible to use Boost Virtual Beyond Card to reload TnG eWallet?
The Steps:

PIB Visa > Boost > Boost Virtual Beyond Card > TnG eWallet
The intentions are:
- to get online cashback from CC.
- to avoid paying RM 20.00 Card Issuance Fee for the Boost Physical Beyond Card, because the only usage of the Beyond Card is to reload TnG eWallet only.
- to avoid 1% convenience fee by TnG for credit card reloads.

I no idea what to choose

I deposited this morning around 8 am, originally intend to take up the Go+ scheme and withdraw by 4pm and deposit again to Boost and GX Bank to earn another 4-10% p.a., but I checked with other sifus before and it seems that TnG is aware of this loophole and they are intending to stop the abuse.

So I withdraw around 9.30 am again all the money and it seems they are gating the withdrawals...

Saw another 5 fraudulent transactions *Google Facebook Mountain View* performed using my VISA card last night. Currency is BDT - Bangladeshi Taka. Filed another refund claim, even though the first claim is not even refunded yet. Decided to get a card replacement but there's a replacement fee of RM15! 

Very frustrated. TnG is not a bank. Other banks would have a call centre to complaint to and they'll immediately lock the card and send a replacement card for free
