I still dont understand their phrase meaning...does "random" means each transfer will get random amount cash back? Or random chance can get cashback with random amount?

They will check, if found out double claim they will probably just take back the money, worse they suspend your account.

Shell will be under physical shop category. U can actually check which reward u already claimed thru TNG app.

Did u noticed your balance deducted or not?

I also kena same thing about 1 month ago. Went to make Razerpay payment at 7-11 via TNG ewallet.
Their cashier failed to capture but on my phone shows payment went thru.
The supervisor ask me to double check my balance and i noticed got refunded so i proceed to make payment again.

I believe its the same way how they accept cash, but there is an option button to select which payment method to accept.

I looked at their POS when i was paying Razer bill, on the side there are Razer, Touch n go, Cash, etc etc..

I believe i mentioned few times before about this.

It is due to the workers (foreigners and/or temp workers) are all trained specifically instructed NOT to accept any method other than CASH.
Some of them will not even dare to try fearing their manager wrath.

Some even managers (may also be foreigners) may not know because their Area Manager didnt inform them or they did not pay attention or forgot, or maybe simply too lazy to re-train their staff.

Dont talk about bill payment with TNG ewallet.
Talk about paying in-store items with ewallets also they may not know about it, eg RazerPay i have encounter few branches dont accept RazerPay even the manager say dont accept.
And some branches only care to teach the cashier how to accept RazerPay when i wanted to make payment.
