I think there system will up car

I installed the apps then linked card for paydirect. I used in LDP money deduct from e-wallet but I didnt see the 10X 20% rebate... Then I refer my friend for the tng apps sign up only I start getting 5X rebate. Am I missing anything here???

does the touch card must have available credit to be able to use PayDirect?

my situation.
i have rm8 in my tng wallet.
i linked my ic with tng wallet.
my ic has RM0 tng actual credit.
when i tapped in tng toll, it failed: card has no balance

No need balance. RM0 should be OK. Theoretically what you did should have worked. Which toll? Confirm it's Paydirect enabled toll? Have you used the IC for TnG before this?

i dont think u hv linked the ic yet,
the IC is to verify ur ic for the ewallet ( BNM regulation for ewallet), not to link to ur tng ewallet.

for IC, u need to topup tng using ur IC, at least few amount and get the serial number from the receipt , then add the serial number in ur tng apps to link the IC with ur ewallet account.

correct me if im wrong, cos last time the only way i can get tng statement from the IC usage is from the serial number enter at the tng portal website. and the serial number u can only get it from the topup receipt.

Always have at least some amount in your TnG card (probably RM 10) as a backup...

PayDirect isn't that stable yet, sometimes it doesn't work with SmartTag either.

Mex Putrajaya. Tested before using different tng card + paydirect = works.
Never used the ic for tng.

I got the ic tng serial from tng web portal.
From tng apps, i can the ic credit balance is rm0.

Noted.

As i know starting android nougat mulitple notification on same apps will combine to 1 notification,
But tng e w showing 2 notification separate
Hope will update it combine mulitple notification

But i tap full merchant there is no 99 speedmart and mynews

Gonna search around in KL and see if it's accepted or not this weekend...
