Paydirect not working when i use it at penang 2nd bridge.. does it need to open the app? I lock my phone at car.. but it still deducted my tng card credit not the ewallet.. any one have same problem?

Hi all, where can i contact tng support? I am facing prepaid top up that didn’t credit to my hotlink account. Even i already receive confirmation payment from both parties.

I called hotlink support that they told me that i need to wait 24 hour .. coz touch n go still not authorize the amount to their system.. dafuq? I am first time using eWallet to top up the hotlink red app that need to wait 3rd party to verifying.. that’s is unacceptable for me..

I tried Facebook messaging the touch n go ewallet ， they just seen my messages .. damn.. it make me more frustrated.. even a live chat support also doesn’t have.. what a joke
