now, they passed TNGSB's surcharge to customers, they can easily escape responsiblity (point finger to TNGSB)

once no surcharge from TNGSB --> parking operators, then they have no excuses to impose surcharge, unless they themselves wanted to impose it for their own gain.

TNGD is more suspicious if the source of fund is from CREDIT CARD.
