Ok thanks, it's scary, tried 3 times, 3 different days, all failed:-

1) First time GoInvest transaction showed failed, tng deducted, no refund, amount missing
2) Second time GoInvest showed processing, tng deducted, few hours later transaction in GoInvest missing
3) Third time GoInvest never show anything, tng deducted, amount missing

but do take note that this will not function as a TnG card ya

not much reward at this moment.

Well encountered account locked randomly before last year. Takes time and documents to verify etc that time. Many users were impacted. Not sure now someone can still lock your account by knowing your phone number or not by failing password or pin several times.

Problem is they soft 'force' you to turn on the option as everytime cash in it will 'force' you to turn on the option

quite a number of vendor state alipay, when scan it using tng, it worked.

but certain vendor just can't work.

so i just scan everything using tng first, if can't work, only use alipay app (china version)

probably same thing as 2 diff type black and pink duitnow QR over here.

when i emailed eTnG with evidence, they just responded with something to the effect of "refunded", with no rhyme or reason, nor even an apology. i pressed for more info and eTnG just flippantly said "We have verified that there was a processing error on your annual fee which has caused the additional deduction. We are working diligently to solve this issue."

i can imagine the amount of extra $ collected and if we didnt share here, most of us may be "taken". 

eTnG only refunded to me 1 day AFTER i messaged and emailed them. Messaging them online is useless - the fellow there said they can't help, need to contact email or call.

Additional data: My nieces and wife did not get double-charged though.
