You can set a specific number just for TNG wallet reload, rather than using different numbers every time, right?

put things in different perspective, if it is fraudster who somehow get your passcode and try to log in, you will be very thankful this feature can save you from fraud losses. BTW, this is also BNW new anti-fraud rules, not only TNG wallet, most bank apps will be doing the same. A bit inconvenience, yes, but much safter! You can link from a new device (face recognition required), and that will automatically delink the old device. As only one device can be linked to on account at any given time. After delink, some very low risk payment probably still can pass, like toll, parking and small ticket size transaction. But most big ticket size reload/payment might be rejected.

All TNG Visa card transactions are via wallet which means it is covered up to 25K. The 1.5K is for your other Credit Cards or Debit Cards which are not even part of wallet transactions. That's what you pay the extra 5Rm for QUOTE(dexterwei88 @ Jul 21 2023, 01:12 PM) dexterwei88 liked this post

click "more", and there is search bar on the top, you can just easily find it there.

Principal only allows first party transfer. which means they will check the sender and receiver names and they have to match. Sometimes joint accounts could be mistakenly rejects due to that. Call Principal to find out more.

most money market fund money is invested in bank deposit anyway, it is extremely unlikely to be negative unless the whole Malaysian banking industry has big problem. If that happens, you have much more to worry than your balance in GO+

But why you want to turn it off. GO+ can do everything ewallet balance does, plus 3.x% interest. It is no brainer to keep money in GO+ instead of ewallet, isn't it?

Probably due to Merchant QR vs. Personal QR, same like what we have in Malaysia. Merchant QR should work, while Personal QR probably not

From double charge to refund, how many days it took for TNG to rectify this issue?
Anyone from this forum have got double charge but so far has not been refunded? We probably can understand much better what has happened based on the response to above questions. if so, seems an error then, if intentionally and systematic, everyone will be double charged and won't refund so fast. Also noticed that since early this week, seldom people complains about new double charge cases, probably they fixed the bug
