BTW, why do you say "device banned"? Is that what happened here? Have others had it happen to them? I would've thought it might be a bug that's rendering TnG inoperable on certain phones, but if indeed they do device bans, then that's a whole other problem, and my question would be, why ban my device? Based on my conversations with CS they 100% I didn't have an account ban (which turned out to be true). Can they know if there is a device ban?

Lets say I use CC to reload TnG ew with rm1000 n transfered to GO+, and another rm500 non-transferable funds to ewallet. When I use the TnG Visa prepaid card to pay bills of rm300, will it automatically deduct from ewallet instead of GO+?

What's the purpose of tng allowing users to reload more than RM1k as transferable if they don't give the flexibility to transfer to bank accounts? Users paying the extra 1% fee and get flagged when they transfer the money out? Then for what users want to pay the extra 1%?

After charging you 1%, then ban you? That 1% so big to them to lose a customer?

I logout, uninstalled and reinstalled. Login again now it's working fine. Not sure what went wrong.

I just happen to have rm10k in my bank.

So last time i remembered one user in /k said, maximum topup inside TnG go+ is rm9500 and will get daily returns of ~rm0.90.
I wish to try that.

Tried first time transfer rm1k from bank via bank transfer = success
Tried transferred rm2k = FAILURE, i kana ban warning
Tried transfer rm1k again = success

So in conclusion, we need to transfer rm1k DAILY to accumulate up to rm9500 max in TnG Go+ without triggering ban warning?
Or this only applies if want to transfer from credit card to TnG Go+?
Then later if let say i want to transfer some money back to my bank, will need pay 1% charge?

i try yesterday 5k fail, than try 3k, success, than 3k again fail, try 1k it work, try another 1k fail ... but 999 work ...
ask CS, they said there is some AI logic change in april, now can not one shot more than 4999 .......
have to wait 24hour-48 hour.
