if u gotten email 6 days ago, more likely those recent cashout/withdrawal that you did in March that triggered

those 13 dec to 13 feb is irrelevant, you say didnt do reload/cashout, it will not guarantee any future suspension from same action.

only you know what you did prior to getting the warning email @ 13th/14th March.
