My cashback is $1+ this month. Last month I had between 50 cents to $1+

Recently got deducted money from my ewallet which I didn't pass thru toll during that period. I already send to tng customer service email.

EDIT: I didn't install rfid onto my car and no linkage to my tng ewallet. And my phone is iPhone 7plus don't have NFC enabled too.

You didn't add any Touch 'n Go card in the Touch 'n Go eWallet app? The card used for PayDirect is 1Malaysia Touch 'n Go card. Not your card or card you added in your app?

I have added my TnG card into my TnG Apps and have RM8 (got from free code).

Do you mean when I reach the toll, I tap my TnG card and it deduct money from my ewallet? hmm.gif

Yes, that's right. This is called the Paydirect. So in that case, you don't need to top up your physical Touch 'n Go card for tolls around Klang Valley. Just top up your eWallet. This makes it so much more convenient.

But if you don't like your eWallet balance to be deducted, then the only way right now is to remove your Touch 'n Go card from your Touch 'n Go eWallet app. By unlinking them, then it will not deduct your eWallet balance.

In my opinion, eWallet is good right? You can do an auto-reload of your eWallet, so no need to worry if you forget to top up your card.

Oh I see! thanks for explaining that to me.

I am not aware of the tolls I went thru are Paydirect supported.

How I wish all the tolls support paydirect, so that I just rely on ewallet app and do auto reload.

The tolls around my hometown don't support that..sadly.

Spent another time, and my sis spent twice today, all 3 CB were RM 0.10
Though might be still random but they have definitely tweak the probability.
Last month the worst we got (out of total 5 tng acc in our household) was RM 0.90, the rest all above RM 1

There's something wrong with the wallet. My own wallet has been getting RM0.10 cashbacks since the Raya cashback campaign and the one before that. My wife and kids' wallets are all OK.

I have only tried once or twice before as I'm a RFID user. RFID works very well for me, and I have been using it since last Sep.

Kns Tng.

System down for maintenance according to the merchant and at first thought the merchant refuse to accept. Turns out multiple merchants affected so it’s tng’s Problem.

Tried at grocer / diy / diner between 5.30 to 7. All cannot use.
