Would like to share my experience changing phones with TNG ewallet.
Swap phones yesterday, used the app today, failed at first 2 merchants, the transaction just took forever to complete. Reinstalled the app and tried at 3rd merchant, received 6 digit (not the pin) via SMS and had to input it into the app but was met with a System Error message. Fortunately, the next attempt to pay went through successfully but unfortunately the cashback is RM 0.10... |

Not able to open my tng app. It just crashes on launch. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still same. Redmi Note 8, latest app version, no updates available on playstore
