Yeah guys, can confirm that LKS feedback reverts back to Audio even after changing it to tactile. I think it is after switching off thr engine or something or after a certain period of time..

Hardwire dashcam to fusebox, does the wiring involve any cutting of cables? The service advisor told me as long as no cutting of cables and plug n play, should be no issues

The shopee seller also mentioned harwiring to car fuse box using fuse tap adapter which is plug and play.

I actually wanted to get my own ceramic/graphene spray waxes and do it regularly but since my car is white and after reading how it will turn yellow no matter what, I decided to give it a ceramic coating (way more concentrated than spray waxes) to prolong the white colour.

Currently, there are hardly any products in the market that offer good uv protection. Ceramic coating is the best and most accessible option here so I went with it.

Better get TPV like Enzo which is more durable than EVA foam.

My equalizer I set to "popular" as the default equalizer "proton" is terrible

I think that's fair. What I got was:

Vkool 70 (55% TSER) - Front windscreen
Solar kool 40 (65% TSER) - Driver + passenger window (5 mil secrity tint)
Vkool 30 (70% TSER) - Rear passenger windows + rear windscreen
Solar Gard 20 Metal out (80% TSER) - Pano sunroof

Damage: RM4,000

Pay more attention on the front windscreen (and pano sunroof) as those are where most of the heat come from. Perhaps next time I'll go with more darker tint for the windscreen.

Do you recommend the DSP route and if yes, any particular type? One seller quoted RM500-600 for a basic one and a RM1.2k for a DSP with high quality bluetooth quality or something

That's not what I am saying. The heat rejection from the side windows are good because of the high TSER but the front can be hot due to the lower 55% TSER.

May consider going for vkool 40 for the front windscreen in the near future

Something new for the X50?

No worries, previously using family car only which was serviced regularly by our regular mechanic. But now this car is mine so need to learn how to do regular checking/maintenance.

Noticed my engine coolant is at minimum level. Is it okay if I buy my own coolant to add or strictly need to buy from SC? Hope SC isn't strict about this as the coolant.I'm getting from shopee is supposedly from Proton lol.

Trapo and dodo mats are EVA materials which can easily wear off after a while..

Get Enzo.... these are thick rubbers commonly used in older cars before they decided to switch to the coil mats
