You definitely can fit a cow from head to tail with its feet tucked and the seats folded down

You will not believe how many people actually went to BMW showroom and bought themselves a fairly expensive car during CMCO.

Sadly usually during bad times the ones that are able to afford luxury tend to not be affected as much. Not surprising at all that luxury car makes saw increased sales than usual since its tax haven season

actually discount not much compare to the car cost.

Depends on the brand I guess, some quite good got a few k off, whilst others like vios and yaris got just a few hundred off, which is a joke to be honest

Typical people with safe job would play safe and spent on affordable japan make car. The ones who spent on luxury car even during bad times are those from own/family business. While I was at the SC waiting, I saw a lot of business uncle and also sons with parents at the 'signing room'.

The 1.4T accelerates to 100km/h in 13 seconds? If it's true, I really hope Proton offers the 1.5T as well sweat.gif

I guess it makes sense though, bad times usually would need people to spend to stimulate the economy and these are the people that are able to do it most

0-100km/h acceleration which takes 13 seconds is bloody slow, even slower than a Myvi!

Based on some video reviews on YT, the vibration/noise/rattling of the 3 cylinder engine can be mostly felt at low RPMs..

7:00 onwards:

13 seconds is because the reviewer from the source blog used the sister company car with 1.4T 4 cylinder model as baseline. Both sisters shared a lot of the same spec for 1.4T variant.

Thanks for the video bro ! hardly find review on low-rev caused vibration noise for 3 cylinder car but this time you found it somemore from chinese channel haha.
But I cant really say much about 3 cylinder because F30 318i is 3 cylinder but doesnt sound like and move like one. It just feel like 4.

The only time i can hear louder engine sound is when i accelerate near 80km/h about 2800rpm. But I dont feel any vibration at all.

I heard proton will give some government agencies to test out x50 in limited units
Later it will be sold as demo unit (of course cheaper but may high mileage n wear n tear)

if the tax advantage which the X70 gets is also applied to this X50, no reason why it won't sell

Really doubt the 1.4T takes 13 seconds to 100kmh. If similar powered and weight setups like the Preve CFE are to go by, it'll likely take around 9.5 seconds in most normal conditions.

The only possible reason is that Proton swap the whole lux hardware/component out with cheapskate/locally made/low quality ones... like the speaker cry.gif
