But who win the legal case is entirely another matter

Legal case can take years and years

and lots and lots of money

it depends on which party has more bottomless pit of money to last

because whoever who losses the case, has to pay up plus interests and the other party punya legal fees some more.

many members actually commented and tell the admin to not remove the group, just ignore the letter

but I guess the admin start to chicken out which is natural since its like 1 guy vs a whole company

is scare tactics, bring it up to legal level doesn't bring them any positive outcome others than syiok sendiri.
Honda can't even proof that Group is generating BAD image for HONDA and causing HONDA financial lose.

remember the accord case years ago? i think honda gave it to him finally after he drove around with stickers saying "honda tak guna" or something like that.
