I am not interested in fast services, if I transfer using Maybank I can get in one day but the exchange rate is very bad. Maybank earns a lot of money.

I am only interested in good exchange rate. I can wait one or two weeks.

Transferwise. 1st time take 2 to 3 days...thereafter few hours for repeat transactions. Also rate transferwise follow midpoint....absolute reliable fintech.

well..i submit whatever documents what they wanted and especially your relationship to the receiver.

i try sending rm500...no problem but on my 2nd time sending above 1k...they ask again on questionnaire form to fill again despite i have make payment beforehand.

after answering ...then the fund go thru.
Instarem work well during the MCO period as MoneyChanger all close.

SINCE MoneyChanger resume operation...i go back to this service instead...

The details of malaysia bank account is provided by oneself.

Name and bank accouny number should tally.
The comparison or money transfer need to include fees as well. Not just exchange rate.

Transferwise hold the mid range rate and charge minimum fees.

But the link monito said Instarem is cheaper by a lot. Have you tried Instarem before?

I created a Transferwise account and it was easy. Just scan my IC and face, no need to send any documents or my bank account.

I transferred to my friend in India and he received within one day. This is my first transfer.

I haven't tried Instarem yet. Can anybody tell me what's the process of creating an account with Instarem?

Fastest amongst all other platforms that I've used before. Very very competitive rates. Transfers to Indonesia done within 6 hours. India Thailand Nepal within the same day. Very efficient customer support.

2. Moneymatch

Local based fintech company. Transfer is done fairly fast 1-3 days. Support available via WhatsApp and phone call so it will be much faster and easier to deal with them if you encounter problems. Always have promo codes to use to reduce your transfer fees. Rates not as competitive as instarem though

Have used nearly every available money remittance fintech out there to multiple countries. Settled with these two for my company and personal transfers
