The exchange rate in Maybank is bad when compared to market rate.

Mostly by Western U because not a large amount to be concern bout xchange rate. Easier for recipient's end.

Don't use Bank crappy rate , alot fintech can do transfer at cheap cost. TT with bank kena charge 10rm + 35usd + no so good FX rate.

Use bigpay, their rate send rm10 thai will receive 72.72 baht

Depend on the amount of money ,
if less than 10k myr then use transferwise,
if 10k to 100k myr then physically bring myr cash to exchange there
If talking 1mil myr bring cashier cheque that kind of thing
If 10mil myr then talk to your financial advisor

Meresia always slow 6-12 business hour. Other country 1 hour

use western union or maybank visa direct.. almost instant and cheapest

I only transferred a smallish amount hence I used BigPay. First time user will have transaction fee waiver and during the time I check it was cheaper than the other platforms such as Transferwise and Revolut. Do check out other alternatives for the best rates.

BigPay was very fast any money was received the next day which was surprising as I expected it to take a week.

Stupid transferwise wasted my time

Now have to wait another 5 days to get back money.

Somebody suggested BigPay, try that and tell me whether it is good.
