i tell u wat better u all dont advice her anymore coz its no use....i tried so many times to prove that seller must be responsible of what they sell....but she don't wanna listen....i still dont know how else can we prove that ur wrong....every single thing that we say u will give ur own excuse back...how on earth can the buyer proof ur bro knows the sim is faulty or not?only ur bro knows it rite....anyway i feel better dont continue already just take it as a lesson and next time dont ever buy things from her....

Business is not always will get profit, sometimes also will loss.... I'm a seller too but this is business... U cant say sorry and just say thats not my problem... U see,even thought I give my customers 3 days warranty but I always call them if got anything, fell free to contact me and I will help them...
Do u know what is the business slogan? Customer is always right... If the simple slogan U also cant remember then U should think many times before u u sell things here...

I'm still around. Just dat i dun even bother replying or trying to describe my predicament to her edi coz evidently after 20 pages of replies, it's pretty much useless to her as she HAS HER OWN POINT OF VIEW which is prob diff from 323463457345 other ppl. Everything i say will still end up the same - i will not get my money back.

Well anyway, i'm currently outstation on a project and do not have the card with me now. Will return to kl in 2 wks time and will pm jack2 the simcard number n will oso go to Digi again to try to settle the problem myself. Yea..i've bought the simcard...so the onus n responsibility is on the buyer mar...rite rene? Seller not responsible to do anything wan...jus let the buyer do everything... mad.gif

She just truly madly seriously thinks its right not to refund coz supposedly she and her bro also victim. Hohoho..
She just will ask ppl prove smth that cant be proved but dun believe wat had been proved..damn clever!

Do u know y I keep repeating? Just a simple basic knowledge to do business also dunno... I dont dare to tell u more coz a basic thing u also dunno so I scared until now U still dunno what I'm talking about...
Dont always think we r always rite... Try to listen other ppls suggestions or opinions... That will help u a lot...

This is the 1st time I found a seller do this kind of business in LYN... doh.gif

I think we have learned our lesson over here...

(Oh ya... Almost forget to tell u that, many of forumers in LYN more prefer a good service than buying cheaper things... Including me...)
